“I like that we face challenges everyday. Sometimes it’s the scale of things that’s the most challenging – we were involved in the De Vere PGA Seniors Golf Championship. With 10,000 spectators, it was certainly interesting! I think the most important thing is being adaptable, and friendly. When I’m not working, it’s usually all about the gym or the pub – which wins depends on the kind of day I’ve had. It's usually the pub!”
